“It seems to me that the good life is not any fixed state. […] The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.”

— Carl Rogers

Hello.

My approach to therapy is to meet clients where they are in their life journey as we honor your unique perspectives, joys and fears about your life experiences. I believe therapy is a co-created safe space to reflect, observe current and historical patterns, and consider the choices that will guide you towards your values.

In therapy, and in life, I value transparency, the balance of levity and gravity, and curiosity. I skew positive and realist, and have the fortitude for any feedback you would like to offer. And while I respect the woo, I rate myself low on the woo scale.

I look forward to hearing from you and as you are starting this journey towards healing, growing and potential. Schedule an appointment here -> If during or after our consultation, either of us find this would not be a good fit- I would be happy to help you find a clinician that is a good fit.
